The Phoenix Bird is a symbol of transformation, and the eye of the Phoenix symbolizes conscious transformation and is the Sigil of our camp.

Phoenix Eye will be a camp for 30 to 50 people that are used to navigating varoius forms of therapy. We come from many walks of life but wish to grow as human beings.

Thus, our camp has a special attention on "therapeutic experiences" and will host an international crowd of both seasoned burners and burner virgins in alignment with this.

It will be a brilliant chance to once again come together and learn from each other and to co-create and grow your community skills, in work, play and presence.

Pick up a torch and become a LEAD.

Step up to help organize and coordinate, then we will have;

Art. A fireplace. A kitchen and a common space for hanging out and eating together. A separate space for ceremony. Showers. Hyggelig camp. Awesome parties. Clean space & Amazing food.

This page is to share information and plan logistics for the burn and the camp. We will use this as our platform for the most vital information pre, during & post camp.

Camp participation fee:

There is a cost to participate in Phoenix Eye.

You donation will cover general camp expenses (food and camp items, storage, art, logistics and more).

You may offer an Extended donation (1800dkr DKK) which will assist us in offering more cacao and medicine as part of our camp GIFTING.

Camp participation fee:

• 5 spots for the financially challenged (800dkr/110eur)

• 38 normal spots (1500dkr/200eur)

• 12 extended donation spots(1800dkr/240EUR).

The deadline to the 5th of July.

Our why

Most of you have arrived here as returnees from 2022, by recommendation, curiosity or simply just resonance with the heart and vision of the camp.  We are happy that you are here to be part of this story unfolding and REALLY looking forward to this time together. 

As you know by now, the Borderland event and The Phoenix Eye camp is a co-created experience, so nothing is (supposed to be) perfect. And just like any other burn, we will go to create something entirely new, yet we have done something similar to this before. 

We hope to build community through co-creating food for the soul, ceremonies and talks from the heart, sound journeys and mind-expanding art.

We work with calm vibrations and wisdom sharing’s, to create a safe space for young and old to grow as a human being, in our quest to reconnect deeper with Pachamama - Mother nature and our own true nature.

Code of conduct

By now I sincerely hope you are well familiar with The 10 prinicples of Burning Man (+ the 11th - Consent), and also, that you have resonated with our camp description.

The same principles applies to our camp. With your active participation in creating the initial setup,everything will run more smoothly and be an overall even better experience for both you and your fellow camp member. 

To be (or become) a burner, is perhaps finding a way of implementing those 11 principles into your everyday life. At least especially and most importantly, at the burn.

I would also like to acknowledge that it can be a vulnerable process to step forward, into the unknown.For exploring “new ways” and discovering new sides of ourselves. 

In a few weeks, we are about to enter “the Borderland between dreams and reality” together. So, you are invited to find a way to contribute before the burn. We admittedly could be better at creating structure, but we are all working with the best time and tools we got at hand.

We can still use more contributors on the various teams. Especially in the 2 weeks before, locally in Copenhagen (for shopping, prepping and other logistics). 

For now, we are just feeling happy and excited to gift this preparatory work for the camp, and to share it with all of you.

Some of you are experienced burners, and some of you are newcomers. No matter your experience level, I promise you that it will be transformative. Being in a camp with like-minded souls, sharing meals, laughs and he/art experiences can really be a blessing. However, a burn is co-created by all participants, and will only be a burn, with your participation and contributions. 

Payment

To make your participation concrete, and make all wheels of the camp work well, we need all members need to transfer the camp participation fee.

Camp participation fee:

1.400 DKK/180Eur pr. pax (with a few spots for low income/financially challenged).
