The Phoenix Bird
is in a constant process of dying and re-birthing in the flames of eternity.
And the Eye of the Phoenix is the witness to this eternal process.
And as such. The Phoenix Eye will not be able to take flight to other realms without all parts of the body. , which is you and everybody else.
The burn.
Always respawned as something new. But still the same, born from the ashes.
Our shared haven and safe space at the Borderland 2023.
This is our 3rd year at a burn - and will be our 2nd year as a camp at The Borderland - our new self-owned, self-governed piece of burner-land (formally known as Borderland.land) in Sweden.
We appreciate this opportunity to come together and optimize our skills in being human. And through co-creating this experience, we learn a lot about ourselves. As a camp and as individuals.
And we are looking forward to sharing the journey with you.
Our Mission
Seeks to open the doors and hearts to fellow souls experienced with therapy and / or plant medicine work. We welcome grounded, authentic beings of all ages. Playful grownups and children alike. Therapists, artists, unicorns, pink otters, seasoned burners and curious burn-virgins.
Some of our camp keywords are humility, authenticity, connection, healing, surrender, introspection, reverence, inner peace and JOY.
We aim to
Make visual art installations, plant medicine ceremonies, sound journeys, talks about vulnerable and curious subjects and to have FUN together.
And co-create a living, inspiring, vibrant camp. We will be a max of 50 people and will be cooking, laughing, eating and exploring together.
And we are REALLY looking forward to it :)
Camp origins
The Mothership to this initiative, our first iteration - "Temple of Visions" was created at Borderland 2019. It was a marvelous, co-created Temple Space for meditation and prayer. But building such a majestic temple and hold the space sacred and clean 24/7, was a heavy duty. So it is with deep gratitude, that we received important lessons, and could since adjust the concepts. Temple Of Visions could enter the "default world" (where it now resides as a real and mobile temple concept).
And in 2021 we tested the first version of "Phoenix Eye" at the Northern Lights Burn.
A Joyful human!
A simpler version of a safe, sacred space for medicine work, ceremonies and psychedelic inspired art (with healing music and visuals), as well as exploring therapy modalities, human growth and the FUN aspects of human existence. A place where therapists and artists alike, could cross-pollinate and learn from each other. With space and time to just BE and explore what it means to be human.

Payment
There is a cost to participate in Phoenix Eye.
You donation will cover general camp expenses (food and camp items, storage, art, logistics and more).
You may offer an Extended donation (1800dkr DKK) which will assist us in offering more cacao and medicine as part of our camp GIFTING.
Camp participation fee:
5 spots for the financially challenged (800dkr/110eur)
38 normal spots (1500dkr/200eur)
12 extended donation spots(1800dkr/240EUR).
The deadline to the 5th of July.
